I’m glad you found your way here. In 1996, I started a company from scratch—no playbook, just a passion to serve and a deep belief that people matter most. Over the next 25 years, I had the privilege of leading that company, building an incredible team, and eventually partnering with the right people to carry the mission forward. That experience shaped everything I believe about leadership, business, and impact. Now, with AgapeWorx, I’m beginning a new chapter—one I hope will last the next 40 years (yes, I plan to live long and live well!). AgapeWorx was founded in 2025 with a simple but powerful goal: to invest in entrepreneurs and teams who are building companies that solve real problems and make the world better.

What sets us apart is how we think about people. In today’s fast-moving business world, people are often seen as just another line item. Not here. We believe people are the greatest asset—full stop. They are the engine, heart, and soul of any truly great company.
